Requirements
Must:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Familiarity with Web Pages, PHP, and WordPress
- Experience in domain management
- Comfort with the Gmail suite platform
- Knowledge of C-Panel
- Ability to work with PHP code
- Proficient in CSS and HTML
- Previous experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred)
- Proactive mindset
- Background in problem-solving and troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
- Assist tenants with online move-in system issues, including password resets and payment problems
- Provide technical support related to website content updates, image modifications, plug-in installations, and design corrections in CSS or HTML
- Add scripts to websites as required
- Assist with Gmail Suite emails
- Make website updates through FTP access and/or ManageWP
- Remove domains and websites from servers as needed
- Help complete activities for our proprietary Tenant Move-In Suite, including pricing, e-signatures, and autopay options
- Ensure website plugins are updated to the latest versions
- Undertake other tasks as necessary

We are seeking a (Remote) Full-time Technical Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possesses website technical support experience. This is a Monday to Friday role, with potential for rotating weekends during business hours. As part of our team, you will earn up to $20.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week.
