Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development
- In-depth expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Proven experience in leading development initiatives or mentoring engineers, including conducting code reviews
- Practical experience in integrating applications with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, or Lightning Platform)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in building secure, enterprise-level web applications
Responsibilities
- Spearhead front-end development for an expanding sales enablement platform using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Direct the applications evolution from prototype to a scalable production-ready solution
- Integrate front-end functionalities with Salesforce APIs and backend data services
- Establish and advocate for engineering best practices, focusing on code quality standards, documentation, and architectural enhancements
- Perform code reviews and mentor another developer to enhance team capabilities
- Work collaboratively with product owners, engineers, and data teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- Identify and address technical debt resulting from the prototype phase
- Ensure the platform complies with secure enterprise environments, including authentication, session management, and data protection
- Participate in architectural discussions regarding performance, scalability, and data management as the platform develops
