Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Relevant experience in application engineering, technical support, or software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (such as PowerShell, VBScript, or batch scripting)
- Proficient in database management and SQL
- Knowledge of application development principles, system integrations, or workflow tools
- Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changes swiftly, and perform effectively in a dynamic team environment
Responsibilities
- Provide tiered support for internal users, aiding with application functionality and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain scripts, tools, and automation to enhance workflow efficiency across the organization
- Assist in application enhancements through testing, documentation, and collaboration with development teams
- Help manage cloud environment tasks, including license management and optimizing resources within Azure or similar platforms
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, comprehend needs, and support solution development
- Keep documentation updated regarding applications, processes, and routine tasks
- Promote security best practices by assisting with audits, compliance, and monitoring activities
- Engage in process improvement initiatives, proposing enhancements to boost efficiency and system reliability
- Participate in team discussions, project meetings, and knowledge sharing activities
