Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce software development, specifically targeting AI product development, system integrations, and API development.
- Profound expertise in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL) and WordPress (PHP, React, REST APIs).
- Strong knowledge of backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and API-first architectures.
- Familiarity with AI and automation technologies such as Cursor, OpenAI, and LangChain.
- Excellent understanding of data modeling, integration security, and DevOps workflows.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior technical resource for Salesforce development, integration, and architecture.
- Design, create, and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce with electronic health records (EHR), HR, billing, and marketing systems via secure REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, organizational security protocols, and standard development practices.
- Participate in architectural and data design discussions to enhance scalability and maintainability.
- Develop and manage custom WordPress solutions, including plugins, themes, and integrations with Salesforce and backend systems.
- Write clean, effective code using PHP, JavaScript (React/Vue), and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with design teams to create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Manage deployment pipelines, staging environments, and conduct code reviews to maintain reliability and quality.
- Design and implement API-driven services using JavaScript, Django, or Flask.
- Develop and uphold secure, scalable backend systems that unify data across multiple platforms.
- Implement data synchronization, authentication, and caching strategies for optimal performance.
- Maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high system quality and availability.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot to improve coding efficiency and standards.
- Contribute to the creation and integration of AI products, enhancing functionalities across applications.
- Design and refine frameworks for prompt engineering and multimodal LLM integrations (text, voice, visual).
- Research and assess new AI technologies and APIs for automation and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from IT, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical divisions to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Keep thorough documentation of architecture, data flows, APIs, and integration points.
- Provide technical mentorship through code reviews and sharing best practices.
- Participate actively in discussions on architecture, sprint planning, and initiatives for system improvement.
