Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret Clearance (required to start)
- 3-5+ years of pertinent experience in system/software integration and testing
- At least 2+ years of experience with C++
- Familiarity with operations in a System/Software Integration Lab (SIL)
- Strong expertise in:
- Test planning and execution (manual & automated)
- Integration of hardware and software systems
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Scripting experience for automation and data analysis (Python, MATLAB, or similar)
- Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, sprints, etc.)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute system and software integration testing
- Facilitate the integration of in-house and COTS/GOTS components and subsystems
- Create and maintain test plans, procedures, and schedules
- Conduct manual and automated testing in a System Integration Lab (SIL)
- Analyze test outcomes and produce evaluation and validation reports
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software integration challenges
- Draft and monitor discrepancy reports and assist with regression testing
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and requirements alignment
