Responsibilities
- Execute punch lists with accuracy, including cabinetry modifications, trim work, hardware setup, crown molding, paneling, and finishing touches
- Repair or replace flawed materials to ensure impeccable appearance
- Provide exceptional craftsmanship that upholds Norfolks esteemed reputation
- Collaborate with Project Managers to efficiently complete organized punch lists
- Communicate in advance regarding field conditions, materials, or potential delays
- Document completed tasks with photographs and updates in our project management system
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while working in clients homes
- Keep work areas tidy, safe, and organized, minimizing disruption for homeowners
- Uphold Norfolks safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE) and jobsite practices
- Ensure workspaces are clean and dispose of debris and materials properly
