Requirements
Must:
- Strong customer service skills with experience in website technical support
- Bachelors degree in Art, Web Design, or Development preferred
- Proficient in design with the ability to create elements using CSS and HTML
- 1-2 years of experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- 1-2 years of experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress and Drupal
- Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS, required on a daily basis
- Some familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery is preferred but not mandatory
- Understanding of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environments
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and their applications for web use
Responsibilities
- Provide technical, functional, and administrative support to members regarding their websites
- Oversee daily operations of the Co-op Web Builder program, which serves 400 co-ops and has 650 websites under development
- Collaborate with members to design and develop websites using pre-made templates from the Co-op Web Builder tool
- Address member inquiries, fulfill requests, and resolve issues
- Provide constructive feedback to cooperative members on content, multimedia applications, and design in accordance with Touchstone Energy brand standards
- Utilize the Co-op Web Builder content management system to create websites that maintain brand identity and consistency
- Train members in the use of the Co-op Web Builder tool
- Deliver outstanding customer service to cooperative members
- Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion
- Regularly review and monitor websites for accuracy
