Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive delivery of ServiceNow projects from initial intake and scoping through to design, development, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization, ensuring alignment with our ITSM strategy and governance frameworks.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and communication; collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure that project initiatives adhere to industry best practices, ServiceNow implementation standards, and established delivery methodologies.
