Requirements
Must:
- Completed Bachelors degree
- Possession of either MCP (Microsoft) or CompTIA A+ Certification
- Over 2 years of experience in client-facing network support for Windows and OSX systems
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license for travel within Washington, DC (Note: No reimbursement for gas or parking fees)
Responsibilities
- Deliver desktop support for technical issues in a Windows-based Call Center environment and off-site locations throughout the District of Columbia
- Diagnose and resolve issues for Windows and OSX (Apple) operating systems
- Log and assign service requests and incidents using an incident management system (ServiceNow ITSM)
