Requirements

Must:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support (preferably in an MSP environment) - Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline - Prior experience in a ticket-driven support atmosphere - Proficient troubleshooting abilities across varied technologies - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and fundamental networking concepts - Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA and RMM tools - Capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a high-speed setting - Excellent communication and documentation capabilities - Proven track record of ownership and responsibility in previous positions

Responsibilities

- Oversee and resolve service tickets from initiation to completion - Diagnose and address issues related to: - Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless) - Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace - End-user systems (Windows and Mac) - VoIP and UCaaS platforms - Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation is maintained - Achieve or surpass established service level agreements (SLAs) - Provide proactive updates to customers regarding ticket status and resolution - Escalate intricate issues as needed - Adhere to standard operating procedures and best practices for ticket handling - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate rapid resolution
