Requirements

Must:
- We require a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or another relevant Business Field. - You must be a US Citizen. - A Secret clearance is necessary, with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance; employment is contingent on passing the government clearance process. - You should have 3-5 years of experience with reimbursements and interagency agreements. - A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential. - Experience in federal financial management and proficiency in systems that support federal financial management services is vital. - We seek highly organized individuals with excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with personnel and other government agencies at all levels. - You must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and possess critical thinking skills to conceptualize solutions within specified parameters. - Experience working with databases and financial processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

- You will perform reimbursement analysis, management, and procedures development. - You will allocate reimbursement funds to the proper appropriation and program office. - Responding to all inquiries and following up on pending transactions will be part of your role. - You will reconcile the allotted amounts in budget systems with the allocated amounts. - It will be your responsibility to contact agencies that have not paid reimbursement invoices. - Ensure all proper documents are included for reimbursements when the client is the buyer from other bureaus of the department. - You will monitor the reimbursement ceiling and alert the client as needed. - Processing working capital fund invoices per guidance provided by the client will also be expected. - Handling classified reimbursement transactions accordingly will be part of your duties.
