IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Specialist II, your primary role is to provide Tier II support for hardware, software, and network issues, including desktops, laptops, IoT devices, printers, WiFi networks, and VoIP systems. You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for both clients and internal systems. Your duties will include installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure—servers, workstations, networking equipment, and cloud-based solutions—ensuring optimal performance and security. Delivering outstanding customer service is crucial; you will respond to client inquiries, provide training, and resolve issues promptly. You will also proactively monitor systems, implement preventive measures to enhance reliability and security, and assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with Level III Engineers, mentor junior team members, participate in infrastructure projects, and keep current with industry trends and technologies.
