Requirements
Must:
- 6–8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI, multi-agent, or large language model systems
- Proven track record in delivering at least one production-grade AI or Agentic system, preferably involving RAG or GraphRAG
- Strong engineering fundamentals in Python and/or Typescript
- In-depth, practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) including tools, capabilities, memory, session orchestration, and security
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK Agentic Protocols, specifically agents, workflows, and context management
- Proficient with AlloyDBs functionalities including vector indexing, AI inference acceleration, and Vertex AI integration
- Solid experience in building agent memory and retrieval systems
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/Postgres RDS principles including schema design for knowledge retrieval and query optimization
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Vertex AI, GCP Cloud Run, AlloyDB, and Cloud Storage
- Experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automating CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of security protocols including OAuth, SSO, and IAM roles/policies
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance, and prompt engineering
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
- Design and architect Agentic AI solutions utilizing tools like Google ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, and Agent Engine
- Construct advanced RAG and GraphRAG pipelines alongside vector retrieval systems and knowledge graph-enhanced reasoning
- Develop MCP-compliant agents that encompass capability registration, secure tool execution, and session state management
- Utilize deep understanding of Agentic Protocol design, focusing on agent memory and conversation state, tool authorization, and session identity controls
- Use AlloyDB and PostgreSQL/RDS for vector storage, agent memory persistence, and structured prompt development
- Create scalable AI microservices leveraging Python or Typescript, Cloud Run, and event-driven architecture
- Enhance model inference, retrieval latency, and overall system efficiency
- Implement enterprise-level security for agent interactions, including OAuth flows and least privilege design
- Design safe session-based interactions with proper expiration and auditing
- Ensure adherence to governance and Responsible AI requirements across the board
- Build GCP infrastructure for AI workloads utilizing Terraform
- Create CI/CD pipelines for model deployments and automate agent lifecycles
- Apply monitoring and logging practices to maintain AI service health
- Investigate and integrate emerging tools into our engineering workflows
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and platform teams to facilitate cross-domain AI functionalities
- Document architecture patterns, reusable code modules, and standards for MCP/Agentic development
