Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Over 5 years of experience in cloud engineering. - Proficient programming skills in Python and .NET/Java, with a background in developing scalable backend services. - Extensive knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, Step Functions, ECS, IAM). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems and establish resilient cloud architectures. - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach. - - Experience with GenAI-driven Intelligent Document Processing platforms (e.g., MEA, Azure Form Recognizer) is a plus. - Practical experience with OCR, NLP, and machine learning technologies utilized in production settings. - Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps) preferred. - Understanding of insurance-specific document formats (e.g., SOVs, financial statements).

Responsibilities

- Design and uphold cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS services and vendor platforms. - Create and enhance automated workflows for document ingestion, categorization, extraction, and validation. - Integrate system components with enterprise systems to ensure smooth data operations and reliability. - Spearhead performance tuning and cost optimization initiatives within cloud infrastructure. - Establish monitoring, alerting, and fault-tolerant systems to guarantee platform robustness. - Work collaboratively with software engineers, data scientists, and architects to align technical capabilities with business objectives. - Draft and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment manuals, and operational guides. - Assess emerging technologies and participate in discussions regarding platform development plans.

Our compensation package is competitive and includes not only base pay ranging from $137,200 to $205,800, but also bonuses, long-term incentives, and recognition rewards.
