- Proven leadership experience in complex agentic projects and multi-team coordination.
- Expertise in analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BI and Viva Insights dashboards.
- Documented success in leading large-scale AI and productivity platform implementations.

Responsibilities
- Own and deliver complex subsystems and integrations for Gemini Enterprise, Copilot, and related Microsoft 365 services from design to production.
- Define the solution architecture for Copilot and agentic deployments, focusing on governance, security, scalability, resiliency, and lifecycle management.
- Integrate Gemini Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot with enterprise systems and M365 workloads to ensure smooth interoperability.
- Identify and implement automation, refactoring, performance tuning, and maintenance enhancements across agentic solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for agent platforms like Gemini Enterprise and M365 Copilot, ensuring alignment with enterprise DevOps and security standards.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers, lead technical and architectural discussions, and influence engineering and design decisions at the platform level.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance policies, licensing requirements, and enterprise data protection standards.
- Promote the adoption of Copilot, its components, Gemini Enterprise, and AI insights to improve productivity and decision-making across all business units.
