Requirements
Must:
- 2–4 years of experience in network engineering or network operations
- Strong grasp of routing/switching principles, DNS/DHCP, VPN technologies, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience in updating network documentation and diagrams
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Ivanti VPN administration (preferred)
- Basic understanding of F5 fundamentals (LTM) (preferred)
- Exposure to IPAM tools, preferably Infoblox (preferred)
- CompTIA Network+ certification or actively working towards it (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Resolve Tier 1–2 network tickets and conduct general troubleshooting
- Perform basic switch configurations on Juniper platforms
- Provide assistance with Ivanti VPN, F5, Infoblox DNS/DHCP, and Zscaler ZIA support
- Update and maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams
- Support senior engineers with various project tasks, testing, and deployments
- Adhere to established operational and change management protocols
