Requirements

Must:
- Proficiency in AWS Cloud, CI/CD DevOps, and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments - Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development or data engineering - At least 2 years managing production workloads within cloud infrastructure - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and iterative deployment methodologies - Expertise in Contact Center technologies and Voice Bots/Conversational AI, particularly with Cloud Formation Templates and IaC - Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels - Proven ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Knowledge of Serverless architecture, Containerization, and Observability tools

Responsibilities

- Drive initiatives to standardize cloud environments within the organization - Create reusable architectures and services to enhance development speed across agile teams - Ensure applications adhere to best practices for fault tolerance and operational ease - Design cloud solutions integrating Contact Center and Voice Bot technologies - Act as a subject matter authority in conversational AI and voice automation for customer engagement - Provide insights on scalability and development improvements for customer experience - Supply tools for cloud compliance, reporting, and cost management - Convert business needs into secure and scalable cloud solutions aligned with enterprise standards - Implement DevSecOps and Agile techniques to establish immutable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code - Advocate for automation and programmable infrastructure in enterprise deployments - Serve as a trusted expert in cloud and customer experience for related business units - Stay updated on advancements in cloud and Contact Center spaces, presenting new opportunities - Mentor junior team members and influence technical directions for technology transformation - Collaborate with various departments to develop outcome-oriented solutions
