Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as GED) from an accredited institution or relevant experience and/or training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to fit test and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Capability to meet physical demands (movement, lifting, as required for the job)
Responsibilities
- Execute all tasks in accordance with MSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Conduct all work in a safe and professional manner
- Perform maintenance on plant equipment
- Keep work areas tidy, including catwalks, walkways, and the general plant vicinity
- Actively learn about plant functions and operations
- Acquire sufficient knowledge to carry out assigned duties
- Follow directions and collaborate effectively with all site team members
- Cross-train to acquire skills in all plant jobs and substitute when required
- Carry out other assigned responsibilities as needed
