Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering is mandatory.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity (roles in Product Application Support or Design will be considered).
- Capability to comprehend customer application needs and convert them into internal development understanding.
- Must comply with ITAR requirements.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with electrical motors and their construction is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for customer applications, articulating how our products and services meet client needs to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with customers directly to explore new opportunities and assist the sales team in expanding the overall business.
- Participate in new product development initiatives from research through planning to execution.
- Create marketing materials (data sheets, white papers, technical bulletins, promotional content, technical videos, webinars, application engineering profiles, etc.) to showcase our technical capabilities.
