Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with SAP ERP implementation projects of moderate to high complexity; experience with SAP S/4 Hana is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of configuration skills in SAP VMS and Sales & Distribution, including at least one end-to-end SAP VMS implementation
- 8+ years of experience in creating Process and Functional Design documents with a strong ability to analyze, translate, and map business processes in SAP
- Primary focus on Order to Cash; knowledge and experience in Procure to Pay, including Ariba, is preferred
- Passion for adhering to out-of-box SAP functionalities and driving standardization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complexity and collaborate effectively to find solutions
- Results-driven; consistently achieves task completion despite challenges
- Adaptable and capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail combined with prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills that foster healthy relationships and team dynamics
- Strong planning capabilities and alignment of work with urgency and priority
- Ability to provide business insights and influence organizational stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and direction for the SAP VMS and OTC within our newly established SAP Center of Excellence (COE)
- Collaborate with distribution, vehicle processing, operational, and IT teams to ensure compliance with SAP best practices
- Design and implement SAP solutions in alignment with business requirements, integrating inputs from various SAP COE members
- Provide comprehensive SAP support, including problem resolution, development, testing, and tracking
- Analyze production issues and make appropriate changes to the system as necessary
- Play a key role in the functional design of WRICEFs for Distribution and VPC Operations
- Support the development team in documenting solution designs for new initiatives or enhancements
- Understand and implement SAP VMS, SAP SD, and their integrations
- Engage with business customers and share insights to ensure effective communication
- Manage multiple SAP operational areas and tasks efficiently
- Maintain clear communication of complex concepts, both verbally and in writing
- Organize and assimilate large amounts of complex information effectively
- Work with minimal supervision and undertake additional tasks as assigned
- Adhere to data privacy practices and guidelines regarding consumer and customer data
