Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a relevant discipline
- Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Background in sensor technology or vacuum systems (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming (e.g., PIC, STM32, Arduino, or similar) using languages like C or Python (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of circuit design, debugging, or PCB-level troubleshooting (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with PLCs and industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, etc.) (preferred but not mandatory)
- Understanding of digital communication protocols (e.g., RS-232, RS-485, UART/TTL, SPI, etc.) (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical support resource for our customers
- Analyze and interpret analog signals, digital communications, and product setups
- Review and evaluate circuit schematics and source code as needed
- Make tailored product recommendations based on customer feedback
- Provide clarification to customers regarding calibration and return processes
- Execute and review customer-specified testing protocols
- Lead or participate in engineering projects aligned with your expertise and interests
- Create and uphold comprehensive documentation for our product offerings
- Enhance internal tools, testing methods, and development workflows
- Collaborate with the engineering team to drive product enhancements
