IT sustainability business analyst

- Configure accounting rules to enable data processing within internal systems.<br>- Proactively monitor financial processes in both development and production environments.<br>- Carry out data mapping of auto finance receivables from various sources to internal systems.<br>- Provide support for development and production configurations and assist with functional change requests.<br>- Collaborate with the finance organization to ensure organizational readiness, including managing changes to business processes and communicating effectively.<br>- Develop and distribute training materials, process guidance, and instructions to users.<br>- Investigate and resolve incidents reported by users.<br>- Oversee application business, batch and system processes.<br>- Address user requirements, resolve issues, and create designs with process modeling.<br>- Work together with business partners to secure project success.<br>- Implement configuration changes to meet change requests and prototype activities.<br>- Ensure standardization of configurations across business units as needed.<br>- Define maintenance procedures and other necessary improvements.<br>- Adhere to established methodologies, change controls, and compliance standards.<br>- Conduct project analytics and reporting.<br>- Create plans and lead QA/test activities for configuration and development projects.<br>- Manage user support documentation and provide training and coaching to end users.<br>- Take part in the planning, organization, development, and deployment of reporting and analysis projects.
