Requirements
Must:
- Experience with installation of PC hardware and peripheral devices including monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners, and disk drives.
- Proficient in loading and ensuring the correct functionality of software applications like operating systems, word processors, and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to perform network setup and migrate user profiles, data, and applications between workstations.
- Capable of identifying and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems, as well as executing minor repairs or escalating to application specialists.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Desktop OS, Microsoft 365 Services, SCCM, Active Directory, Trellix ENS, and LPR Printing.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure PC hardware and peripheral devices.
- Load software packages and verify their correct operation.
- Set up network connections and assist with data migration tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
- Make minor repairs when necessary or refer complex issues to specialists.
