Requirements

Must:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Information Technology areas such as software design, IT architecture, product management, and quality assurance. - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Program Level Agile Coach supporting large programs or Agile Release Trains with multiple teams. - At least 2 years of experience as a Team Level Agile Coach, including developing Agile/Product Development Teams. - A minimum of 3 years experience in roles such as Scrum Coach, Product Owner, or Leadership within Agile/Product Development Teams. - Experience in coaching, implementing, and facilitating the transformation of Agile/Product Development Teams to DevOps teams, including CI/CD and automation practices. - Preferred experience with ServiceNow ITSM, platform analytics, and Agile development frameworks. - Hands-on experience facilitating Big Room Planning and PI Planning events for Agile Release Trains. - Knowledge of SAFe methodologies and proficiency in developing strategic roadmaps for agile programs. - Strong skills in coaching teams on iterative improvement practices and retrospective techniques. - Excellent facilitation skills to coach Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, and Inspect and Adapt Workshops. - Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and supporting digital transformation initiatives. - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization. - Bachelors Degree in Information Science/Technology, Business, Computer Science or a related field. - Certifications including Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM), SAFe Scrum Master, and Agile Certified Scrum Coach (PMI-ACP).

Responsibilities

- Provide agile coaching and transformation services to establish and enhance new Agile teams, along with ongoing coaching to stakeholders. - Design and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events, including sprint and team alignment planning sessions. - Collaborate with program leadership in developing strategic roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning team goals with business outcomes. - Conduct frequent evaluations of Agile program effectiveness and suggest modifications for improving team performance and delivery capabilities. - Actively engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to fill Agile knowledge gaps and enhance program effectiveness. - Deliver comprehensive training and modifications as needed to enhance agile capabilities across the RAPID program and create operating procedures to enable knowledge transfer. - Coach teams on practicing DevOps, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and automation methods. - Provide regular assessments of team maturity and program health, including recommendations for continuous improvement and assistance in implementing those recommendations.
