Requirements
Must:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Proven analytical and project management capabilities
- Ability to prioritize, monitor, and achieve results effectively
- Proficiency in negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency management
Responsibilities
- Oversee the cross-functional delivery of diverse technology solutions
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource needs from inception to implementation
- Conduct sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings to ensure project progression
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to decompose intricate multi-disciplinary technology projects into prioritized action plans
- Ensure transparency regarding project status and progress to both the team and stakeholders
- Identify and navigate cross-team dependencies and potential risks
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
