Technical Lead, Cloud Platform

- Provide subject matter expertise in creating project deliverables including estimates, schedules, and risk assessments - Design and establish processes for Infrastructure Operations Services during incidents and routine operations - Mentor team members and lead during incidents to ensure swift restoration of services while safeguarding assets - Make decision requests to leadership regarding Cloud and Platform Infrastructure - Offer support as a subject matter expert during business hours and after hours for cloud and platform incidents - Oversee daily operations of the Infrastructure Delivery department, focusing on relevant technologies and process operationalization - Ensure delivery of effective cloud and platform support services that meet service level agreements - Engage in planning for business and technology projects to ensure smooth transitions to operational teams - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends, eliminate obstacles, and prioritize improvements for enhanced customer experiences - Contribute to the design and ongoing refinement of the infrastructure delivery change processes - Evaluate team performance and strive to enhance SLA and KPI metrics - Participate in fiscal planning for Cloud and Platform Technology by providing necessary research and recommendations - Monitor events from various cloud and platform technologies as a subject matter expert - Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization - Act as a mentor and advisor to the Manager of IT Infrastructure and VP of IOS regarding cloud and platform infrastructure developments.
