Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and ITSM modules
- Profound knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, problem, change, and configuration management
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong skills in analytical thinking, documentation, and communication
- Background in test planning, execution, and validation
- ITIL certification is preferred
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete delivery of ServiceNow projects from initiation to deployment and stabilization
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and communication with stakeholders
- Lead requirements gathering sessions through workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions
- Convert business needs into user narratives, process diagrams, and technical documents
- Utilize expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Validate configurations while supporting development, integrations, and enhancements
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders for project success
- Assist in Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and encouraging user adoption
- Maintain project documentation including requirements, design documents, and reports
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and analytics with ServiceNow or BI tools
- Ensure adherence to OCTO standards, ITIL practices, and governance frameworks
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimize IT service management workflows
Description
At DNA Group, we are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager / Business Analyst for our client located in Washington, DC. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension. We offer a dynamic work environment where you will lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring alignment with ITSM best practices.
