Requirements
Must:
- 2 to 3 years of general maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel setting
- Proficient in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, painting & wallpaper, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining facilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities
- Capacity to work on your feet for the majority of an eight-hour shift
- Capability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the team

- Greet guests daily as you walk through the hotel, identifying areas that require attention
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks in unoccupied guest rooms and common areas
- Assist guests with any issues that may arise during their stay
- Conduct daily rounds and utilize checklists to ensure maintenance tasks are completed
- Uphold the hotels equipment and facilities to ensure a safe environment for guests
