Greenskeeper I - Turf management and maintenance

- Maintain all playing surfaces to meet championship-level standards, including greens, tees, fairways, rough, and practice areas - Implement accurate mowing techniques with a focus on consistency, turf health, and visual appeal - Assist in the daily setup of the golf course, including changing cups, placing tee markers, and ensuring details are aligned - Rake and maintain bunkers to guarantee uniformity, appropriate sand depth, and high-end appearance - Engage in detailed landscape upkeep, including edging, trimming, and removal of debris - Help with hand watering and basic monitoring of the irrigation system to ensure optimal turf conditions - Operate all equipment in a safe, efficient manner to safeguard course conditions - Identify and report any turf stress, pest issues, or deficiencies in course conditions to supervisors - Support tournament and event preparations with heightened attention to detail and urgency - Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance facilities and equipment - Strictly adhere to all safety, environmental, and chemical handling protocols - Conduct all activities with an understanding that the golf course is the clubs primary asset - Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with members and guests - Avoid any disruptions to the member experience at all times - Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with club standards
