Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for individuals who have proficiency in office suites and various operating systems.
- A strong understanding of computer hardware components is essential.
- Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, and IT infrastructure is expected.
- The ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users is critical.
- A solid grasp of computer networking concepts is also required.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, phones, surveillance systems, cameras, and electronic access control systems.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks will be part of your duties.
- You will need to troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues, diagnosing and fixing hardware or software faults.
- Providing technical support to our clients, whether in person or over the phone, is a key responsibility.
- You will set up accounts for new users and manage access control.
- Ensuring the security and privacy of networks and computer systems is a priority.
- Maintaining IT documentation and records is also required.
