Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced laboratory environment supporting development and testing
- Hands-on expertise in hardware integration
- Competence in server setups, networking (including switches and cabling), and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Background in hardware configuration, inventory logistics, and customer engagement
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and support radar system testing in a dynamic lab setting
- Ensure Systems and Software Engineering teams have the necessary hardware, networking, and infrastructure for effective development and testing
- Set up and maintain defined radar string environments, covering servers, network switches, cabling (Cat5, RF), and power systems
- Manage hardware configuration, racking and stacking, and operating system installations (Windows/Linux)
- Oversee lab operations including inventory management, equipment shipments, and coordination with IT and engineering teams
- Assist with hardware-in-the-loop testing to ensure accurate system representation of radar configurations
- Mentor team members on string setup using established procedures and documentation
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external visitors, such as clients and test site personnel
- Provide regular updates to management on lab status, equipment readiness, and operational issues

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $68 to $72 as part of an initial 1-year contract, with potential for extensions or conversion to full-time employment.
