Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in software development
- Strong expertise in at least one programming language, such as Java or C# .NET
- Experience with contemporary web development frameworks including Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Familiarity with VB and Classic ASP is advantageous
- Capability to handle bulk data loading
- Ability to create and modify reports, with experience in Crystal Reports or PowerBI being a plus
- Knowledge of databases, particularly SQL Server
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and integrations
- Collaborate with fellow IT team members to comprehend business needs and formulate technical solutions
- Produce high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code
- Conduct testing and debugging of software applications to ensure they fulfill functional and performance standards
- Maintain code documentation and version control using established industry practices and tools
- Engage in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers
- Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in software development and provide suggestions for enhancements
- Offer technical guidance and support to other members of the IT team
Description
