Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Over 7 years of experience developing enterprise-grade applications, preferably using Microsoft Azure tools
- More than 5 years of advanced backend development with Python
- Over 5 years of advanced backend development with Javascript
- At least 4 years of UI & frontend development experience with React.js, Typescript, and HTML
- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing, coding, and deploying custom Generative AI systems in production
- Exceptional communication skills in English, particularly with non-technical users, able to translate user needs into technical specifications
- Familiarity with advanced multi-agent solutions and experience with Copilot Studio
- Experience with PyTorch, including model training and evaluation
- Strong expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments
- Interest in keeping up with advancements in AI and machine learning

Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement applications for both traditional software and Generative AI use cases
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and create high-quality, user-friendly experiences
- Lead impactful initiatives across various departments, including Manufacturing, Legal, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales
- Identify and integrate Generative AI solutions into existing business processes to provide measurable value
- Oversee product direction for assigned solutions, including defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and planning releases
- Mentor junior developers and foster teamwork and collaboration
- Work closely with related teams such as Cybersecurity and Data Engineering to navigate approvals and compliance reviews
- Manage technical debt and build scalable architectures that meet security and compliance standards
- Organize user workshops to discover high-return use cases
- Oversee the full lifecycle of applications, ensuring regular updates and continual improvement based on user feedback
