Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically with Yardi systems
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination
- Ability to create effective training materials and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate management processes and software
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and remote collaboration tools
Responsibilities
- Oversee and orchestrate the entire migration process from Yardi Version 7.6 to Version 8
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and super users, including teams from Accounting, Accounts Payable, site management, leasing, and maintenance
- Plan, drive, and supervise all user acceptance testing (UAT) initiatives
- Create detailed training documentation and resources designed for internal stakeholders
- Host training sessions for internal trainers to guarantee robust knowledge transfer
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after the migration process
Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with expertise in Yardi systems to assist our client with their migration from Yardi Version 7.6 to Version 8. This hybrid position, based in Woodland Hills, CA, offers flexibility with 2-3 days on-site work. The role comes with a competitive compensation starting at $85 per hour plus W2 benefits, adjustable based on experience and education.
