Requirements

Must:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Administrator - 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a client-facing environment - Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning platform - Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Flow, SOQL, APIs, and data migration tools such as Data Loader - Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience - Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and limitations - Hands-on experience with essential administrative functions (flows, security model, reports/dashboards, data management) - Capacity to convert complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements - Familiarity with various development methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with business users, executives, and technical teams - Ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical audiences - Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle system inefficiencies and user challenges - Capability to build trust and maintain robust working relationships across departments - B.S. Degree preferred or directly related equivalent experience

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, document, and refine requirements for enhancements, new features, and process improvements - Convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Manage the complete development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, sign-off, deployment, and documentation - Assist with Salesforce administrative tasks such as managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets - Create and maintain workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom fields - Configure dashboards, reports, and list views - Sustain data quality through deduplication, imports, and governance practices - Work with Salesforce developers to design and implement scalable solutions - Conduct system testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure smooth deployment of new features - Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and devise long-term solutions - Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and release notes - Monitor Salesforce releases and suggest relevant new features or improvements - Provide training, support, and guidance to end users to promote adoption and best practices - Maintain consistent attendance according to an established schedule - Adhere to CCS and department policies while working onsite/in-office
