Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and systems integration
- Proficiency in embedded software development (C/C++, Linux, RTOS/POSIX)
- Knowledge of model-based software development and systems-based design
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, DOORS, or comparable software
- Understanding of Git, MATLAB/Simulink, and software verification tools
- Experience with vehicle communication protocols (CANBus/J1939, Ethernet, RS422/485)
- Background in x86, ARM, GPU, FPGA, and SoC platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital, analog, power, and RF electronics
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Software, Electrical, Computer, Systems, Aerospace, Automotive, or equivalent)
- Masters degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate software for vehicles throughout the entire lifecycle
- Conduct software requirements analysis, decomposition, and management
- Generate software requirement specifications, algorithms, and system models (SysML/UML)
- Assist with SIL/HIL and system integration lab initiatives
- Create secure software using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
- Assess and review software solutions to ensure they meet performance criteria
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
- Communicate technical solutions to stakeholders
