Requirements
Must:
- Valid drivers license.
- Criminal and/or FBI background checks and additional clearances as mandated by PA Department of Human Services regulations.
- Current and ongoing physical examination if required by PA Department of Human Services regulations.
- Experience in an IT Help Desk environment.
- A+ Certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining The Arcs physical and virtual IT environment.
- Install, diagnose, repair, and uphold all organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Troubleshoot issues in a timely and accurate manner, providing support in person, via telephone, or through work orders.
- Offer end-user assistance as needed.
- Update systems with the latest hardware and software as required.
- Stay informed about IT concepts and current technology trends.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors in both IT and Facilities as necessary.
- Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills.
