Senior Embedded Systems Developer

This role requires good knowledge of English for the creation of technical documents, interaction, support, and/or provision of services to international clients, employees, and/or partners, as well as foreign government authorities who do not speak French. Desirable Qualifications: - Familiarity or interest in cybersecurity. - Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions is a plus. - OSCP, LPT, CEPT or equivalent certification is an asset. - Knowledge of IoT protocols is favorable. - Familiarity with embedded programming software (Keil, STM32CubeIDE, etc.). - Understanding of microcontrollers' internal workings and their peripherals (IO, DMA, timers, PLL, ADC, DAC, etc.). - Understanding of low-level protocols (I2C, SPI, Serial, CAN, etc.) and electrical schematics. - Knowledge of Kali Linux (or equivalents) and its tools (Nmap, Metasploit, etc.). - Familiarity with known vulnerabilities and methods of exploitation. - Understanding of network analysis tools. - Experience with disassembler software such as IDA or Ghidra is beneficial. - Familiarity with PCB design software is an asset. - Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is advantageous. The reference market range for total target cash compensation for this position, including base salary and variable compensation target, is between 88,613.33 - 118,151.11 - 154,981.67 CAD Annually.
