Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) - 7+ years of experience in web application development utilizing Microsoft technologies - Strong proficiency in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC - Practical experience with React and/or Angular - Experience building and utilizing RESTful APIs - Advanced skills in SQL Server, including stored procedures and functions - Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, CI/CD) - Experience with Optimizely (Episerver) CMS - Knowledge of authentication platforms (e.g., Okta) and secure API integrations - Understanding of message queues (RabbitMQ) and distributed systems - Working knowledge of Memurai/Redis caching - Strong understanding of responsive design principles, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Understanding of code validation and review to meet quality, security, and maintainability standards - Strong grasp of performance tuning and optimization strategies

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement website features using technologies like C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, React, JavaScript, and Visual Studio - Collaborate with lead developers and other team members on the architecture and technical design of scalable, high-performance web applications - Enhance and build features for key strategic initiatives, including major platform redesigns and ongoing improvements - Integrate and manage external APIs for purposes like authentication, customer identity, and enterprise system integrations - Utilize Optimizely CMS to provide personalized and content-driven experiences for users - Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines and workflows leveraging Azure DevOps - Implement caching and optimization strategies using Memurai (Redis) - Develop and manage microservices-based architecture and backend services - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during QA and UAT phases - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform mockups into high-quality, scalable implementations - Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and secure development SOLID principles - Work closely with Infrastructure and Security teams to sustain a secure and optimized application environment - Monitor application performance and perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and stability - Identify opportunities for enhancing systems and performance proactively - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation based on business requirements
