Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in designing and developing Pega PRPC applications adhering to best practices using versions 7.x/8.x
- Proficient in Pega Customer Service
- Strong expertise in case management workflows and advanced UI components
- Experience in creating business rules, data pages, and integrations
- Familiarity with implementing workflows, case management, and business rules
- Solid understanding of the Pega security model and access control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in Agile environments
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of six years in IT, including over four years in Pega development and associated technologies
- Pega CSA/CSSA certification
- Familiarity with Java, J2EE, and web technologies is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior team members and users to assess business needs, transforming them into Pega solutions leveraging the latest platform (Pega 24.1)
- Team up with business analysts and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and industry best practices
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Assist in application deployment while troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Monitor and resolve production issues on a daily basis, coordinating with leads to prioritize release cycles
- Proactively oversee system health, reporting issues along with recommended solutions
