Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years in an Architect or Lead Engineer role
- Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Expert-level knowledge of Azure or AWS, encompassing serverless functions, managed services, and cloud security models
- Comprehensive understanding of API-first design, message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and ETL processes for data integration
- Strong background in .NET or Java ecosystems, along with modern JavaScript frameworks and relational database design
- Capability to conduct Build vs. Buy assessments and substantiate technology selections based on cost, performance, and risk
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives or senior engineers effectively

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps that align with client business objectives
- Assess legacy systems and formulate migration plans to transition on-premise applications to modern cloud platforms
- Lead in-depth sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Set coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices for the development team during the execution phase
- Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate architectural choices and assess the feasibility of new technologies
- Serve as the technical liaison between the clients executive team and our engineering staff
- Ensure that all designed solutions meet established security benchmarks and data protection regulations
