Requirements
Must:
- High technical expertise in Microsoft Excel required
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Must be willing to travel on a short-term basis to support client needs and may require extended deployments (90+ days) for recovery efforts
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerBI or similar business analysis tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a large team
- Capable of working under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Familiarity with FEMA program policies and guidelines is beneficial
- Strong intuition and proactive thinking
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills and professional self-presentation
- Exceptional attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Analyze project data using software tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
- Understand and implement specific scopes of practice and workflows
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control of project data
- Generate daily reports detailing project metrics, work completion, and associated costs
- Organize digital files related to project documentation
- Collaborate with field teams to communicate critical project information accurately
- Address client data inquiries as directed by project management
- Interpret and apply federal policies to project data
