Requirements
Must:
- 4–6+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering program delivery
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Proven track record of effective communication within engineering contexts
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to engage thoroughly on architecture, data, and system integration topics
- Exceptional communication skills tailored to both technical and business audiences
- Familiarity with Machine Learning programs and/or Enterprise Systems modernization is preferred
- Experience with ERP transformations (preferably SAP), data quality initiatives, or system integrator frameworks is advantageous
- Previous involvement in fast-paced startup settings is a plus
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe are desirable
- Exposure to LLM/agent-based systems or AI-driven enterprise automation is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full delivery of multi-agent AI modernization projects spanning ERP, CRM, and interconnected enterprise systems
- Lead a cross-functional team including Forward-Deployed Engineers, Data Engineers, and Solution Architects to ensure technical execution and drive customer success
- Engage extensively in technical discussions regarding data integrity, integration methods, system environments, and governance
- Transform complex enterprise requirements into precise technical scopes, milestones, dependencies, and risk frameworks
- Serve as the technical liaison between customer engineering teams and our AI, product, and engineering divisions
- Clearly communicate technical architectures, decisions, constraints, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Facilitate discovery workshops, interpreting intricate system landscapes to ensure unified technical understanding
- Implement Agile methodologies using tools like Jira to maintain structured and predictable delivery
- Anticipate technical and operational challenges, formulating clear mitigation strategies
- Establish best practices for scaling multi-agent AI implementations across clients
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery rates, quality metrics, and overall execution health
- Ensure that deliverables adhere to enterprise standards concerning security, compliance, auditability, and change control
- Supervise technical prerequisites required for integration across different enterprise systems, e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, and others
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including architectural decisions, runbooks, testing plans, integration specifications, and release notes
- Act as the primary technical operations contact during customer onboarding, implementation, and expansion phases
- Manage customer escalations effectively, coordinating engineering responses with timely and clear communication
- Collaborate closely with customer IT and transformation teams to ensure alignment and resolve technical issues
- Navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment, introducing structure and clarity to evolving customer requirements
- Travel to customer locations for workshops, solution designs, and program oversight as needed
