Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles
- 2-3 years of experience in technical project management or initiatives
- Proven track record in implementing AI or machine learning solutions in a business context
- Preferred background in marketing, with additional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations being beneficial
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, complex data modeling, and enterprise report design
- Experience with generative AI tools, agentic workflows, and machine learning; familiarity with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation/embedding models, API integration, and AI user interfaces
- Proficient in SQL with a solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
- Skills in translating business priorities into technical specifications for project management
- Bonus skills include knowledge of Python/R, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), HubSpot, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong business insight with an understanding of P&L and how analytics drive outcomes
- Excellent ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Skills in stakeholder management and building trust among multiple stakeholders
- Competence in solving complex problems and navigating ambiguity
- Capability to lead initiatives and drive action in others

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that inform business decisions
- Assess and implement new AI tools to address business and operational challenges
- Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in analytics throughout the organization
- Develop and enhance analytics capabilities utilizing Power BI and modern data tools
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to outline and prioritize internal software initiatives
- Oversee external partnerships to guarantee deliverables meet business goals
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to provide impactful solutions
- Manage multiple simultaneous initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for using analytics and AI to gain a competitive edge
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and department heads
- Assist the Director in formulating the analytics and AI roadmap
- Serve as the primary analytics expert for intricate or unclear business challenges
- Stay updated on analytics and AI trends, contributing fresh ideas and methodologies to the team
