Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Competence in data entry and basic formula understanding
- Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Experience with Excel and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with office technology and software
- Dependability and punctuality in attendance
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Participants and Direct Care Workers (DCWs) and Tempus
- Provide high-volume inbound and outbound call center support
- Address inquiries and complaints from Participants and/or DCWs
- Offer in-person assistance regarding Fiscal/Employer Agent documentation or program-related questions
- Resolve inaccuracies in reporting time worked
- Collaborate with relevant parties to address DCW payment concerns
- Manage escalated issues from Participants and/or DCWs
- Ensure compliance with Tempus quality standards and FMS contract requirements
- Report any suspected incidents of Fraud, Waste, and Abuse to the proper authorities
