Product Manager, Digital Operations

- Plan and execute marketing-driven e-commerce strategies for all Tempur Sealy brands - Establish and maintain the online product catalog and handle promotional activities via CMS platforms - Conduct regular quality assurance checks on all e-commerce channels to ensure accuracy and compliance - Oversee site operations to guarantee a smooth shopping experience for consumers, addressing issues as they arise - Create marketing and trigger email campaigns using HTML templates - Manipulate and edit creative files within Adobe Photoshop or XD - Build and schedule marketing campaigns and target audiences within email service providers - Analyze large datasets in Excel, generating reports and presentations of key performance metrics - Manage order triage processes, addressing issues and keeping stakeholders informed - Identify avenues to enhance profitability and improve consumer experiences - Collaborate with external web developers to streamline user-friendly processes - Work in tandem with Customer Service teams to discover efficient business practices - Ensure content accuracy for product details by cooperating with internal departments - Demonstrate ownership and flexibility in prioritizing tasks as demands shift - Clearly communicate key topics and points to relevant stakeholders - Undertake additional tasks or projects as required
