Requirements

Must:
We require a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. You should have a minimum of six months of customer service experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess the ability to type no less than 25 words per minute. Comfort with desktop computer systems and a general understanding of Windows-based systems are essential. While customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Representative, my team and I expect you to find creative solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns. You will provide frontline, first-level technical assistance for consumers, specifically related to client-specific high-speed internet services to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your duties will include resolving technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, troubleshooting and assisting with service and/or device-related issues, particularly around internet connectivity and performance. You will also deliver support for issues related to operating systems, PCs, and browser configurations. It is important to demonstrate advanced product knowledge, aiming to resolve customer issues during the first interaction whenever possible. Additionally, you’ll manage a trouble ticket system for user issues, show patience and friendliness towards customers, and comply with all work schedule assignments while adhering to our company's policies.
