Requirements
Must:
- BA/BS degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in written communication with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity or experience with Google Developer Platforms (Play Store, Chrome Web Store, etc.)
- Experience utilizing Google Suite
- Understanding of technical concepts and terminology (APIs, APK, ARM, Bootloader, Doze, Fragmentation, NFC, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment involving complex issues and policies
- Must pass the skills assessment and all subsequent interviews and tests
- Over 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Comfort with desktop computing systems
Responsibilities
- Provide support as App Development Experts by addressing questions, issues, and concerns from developers regarding submitted applications
- Employ innovative solutions to handle various inquiries and challenges
- Communicate with developers through email and chat to resolve their issues or concerns
- Effectively manage and de-escalate any conflicts or problems
- Break down complex issues into concise summaries for effective communication via email, chat, bugs, and hangouts
- Conduct thorough research with meticulous attention to detail
- Exhibit advanced communication skills and proofread documents for potential publication
- Maintain and organize data accurately
- Simultaneously juggle multiple tasks and make complex decisions
- Master the Play Stores policies while demonstrating empathy towards App Developers (end customers)
