Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in software development
- More than 2 years of experience in a business analyst or hybrid technical/business position
- Proficiency in Identity Management and Governance principles and practices
- Expertise in C#/.NET
- Experience with MSSQL (Native/Entity Framework)
- Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular)
- Knowledge of IDM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, EmpowerID, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with tools like DevOps, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust software applications
- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software architecture, security, and performance
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Angular
- Design and optimize MSSQL databases and write efficient queries and stored procedures
- Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance solutions
- Integrate IDM systems with enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with security teams to establish access control models and workflows
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units
- Clearly and effectively present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions
