Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet stringent deadlines
- In-depth technical knowledge of 4G and 5G wireless networks
- Strong capability to manage and prioritize tasks from various internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills for effective dialogue with peers, team members, and clients on project status and critical issues
- Ability to make prompt decisions and take responsibility for project advancement
- Skilled in team leadership with the ability to unite individuals from diverse groups to achieve objectives
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft and other project management software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically assess data
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing work environment
- Positive demeanor and persistence essential for success in this position
- Competitive spirit and strong desire to excel
- Quarterly travel within the domestic region required
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development as a Program Manager for Wireless Network clients
- Ensure customer deliverables align with client expectations
- Oversee the development and implementation of new products and software features/packages for wireless clients
- Strategically plan and schedule daily activities to efficiently support projects
- Manage resources effectively for successful project completion
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate impacts on clients
- Serve as the primary contact for communication between internal teams, management, and external clients
- Provide regular status updates to internal teams, management, and clients
